Could you write a report on how you taught people to edit? Some tips to take back would be very helpful. Geraldshields11 (talk) 02:27, 19 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

This should definitely happen, do you want to help me schedule all the trainers? --EdSaperia (talk) 10:07, 22 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

@Geraldshields11: I'd be happy to share a report on my experiences, although teaching is more of an art than a science, so what works in one situation won't always work in another. You may be interested in a couple of sample sessions that I've described at wmuk:For trainers/Sample sessions (work in progress). There's some general advice also at wmuk:For trainers.
@Ed: Thanks, and apologies for not getting back sooner. I'll be meeting with our WMUK trainers later this month for our refresher session and I'll advertise Wikimania there. I'd be happy to help in scheduling trainers, so let's chat about numbers, timings, etc. when you get a chance. I'm usually around most days. Have you got my phone and skype? --RexxS (talk) 19:52, 11 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
