Freed from economic constraints and its political tutelage, the emancipated citizen regain his responsibilities. Person without that shift the blame, economic, political and ecological problems become everyone. To solve them, there exist no other choice but to get involved together in the good governance of the world around us. Therefore anticipate the consequences of his actions and choices will be the only way of not one day find themselves in the place of the victim or executioner through bad governance. Much more than economic and political reform, what will bring emancipation of citizens will be a new art of living together.
