The better title of this submission would be Spread Wikipedia to rural areas. Geraldshields11 (talk) 00:45, 18 April 2014 (UTC) I understand the need to reach rural areas to improve education but is use of FM radio cost effective. What about AM radio? Just reading Wikipedia articles over a radio would not create a sense of wonder in a child's mind because the child is still told what to think. But, if a child were given the tools to edit, then the rights of a child are increased. Geraldshields11 (talk) 00:50, 18 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
