Dear User:Aude, I reviewed the submissions for the program and added comments. Please contact me about the Program Committee’s next steps on my W:en:user:geraldshields11 talk page. Geraldshields11 (talk) 13:33, 24 March 2014 (UTC)
Well done for getting the Submissions/OpenStreetMap mapping party! submitted. I realise I should've submitted some sort of OpenStreetMap presentation as a session, particularly as H.O.T. seems to have just won this interesting grant in collaboration with wikipedia, but sadly the deadline's passed. Ah well.
Anyway I'm based in London and organise the OSMLondon meet-ups, so very happy to join in with this mapping party session. On the proposal I was noticing you wrote "It is likely (always been the case in past years) that additional experienced OSM mappers will assist me in this session, although not confirmed yet exactly who". If it makes for a stronger proposal, feel free to mention me there. Is the proposal is likely to be accepted anyway?
Another interesting thing to note, is that OpenStreetMap is planning it's worldwide birthday party for Saturday Aug 9th. Plans are vague at this point, and it's probably down to me to put together a plan for a London celebration. D'you think we could arrange some sort of joint evening pub session with OpenStreetMappers joining the wikimania crowd? What normally happens on a wikimania evening? I guess the whole delegation doesn't fit in one pub!

- I also submitted a proposal for a HOT workshop, Submissions/Humanitarian OpenStreetMap mapping workshop. Should it be accepted, there will be time for brief introduction and can mention cool stuff HOT is doing. Assistance with that session would also be great :)
