Talk:Volunteer Tasks

Are we all more-or-less agreed on the draft roles here and the numbers of volunteers required (within orders of magnitude - there's no need for absolute precision at this stage)? We can look at adding/removing/tweaking later on, but I think the time to start asking people to to think about volunteering is now, so that we have plenty of lead-in time to refine the roles an recruit volunteers without any last-minute panics. If nobody objects, I'll start posting to mailing lists and asking personal contacts in the next few days; suggestions for other people to ask and places to spam are more than welcome.
