As of this "the first academic course in Israel (perhaps worldwide), dedicated entirely to Wikipedia", then back in 2011/12 I started a course "Wikipedia" in Tartu University. In 2013/14 it was held for the 3rd time and named Free culture and Wikipedia. It was normal 3 ECTS course, but maybe with more focus on an academical studies of the topic and much less about the content creation. 1-2% of articles in Estonian Wikipedia have been created by university students -- there is no need to focus on that.
