Wikipedia has become a household word for most of the active users of the Internet. Yet, in some of the less developed countries, it is possible to have a cellphone, but no regular power to charge it, have desire to learn and grow, yet no cheap fast landline internet connection. wikipedia:Wikipedia Zero attempts to reach places where Internet is a luxury, and turn access to Wikipedia into a ubiquitous free service.
