WMF Sponsored Travel
If you are Wikimedia Foundation Board, staff, FDC, AffCom or Advisory Committee, the registration process through Eventbrite will capture the information required to enable the Foundation's travel team to arrange this. Please go to Registration for the link to the Eventbrite page.
The information given there will be used by WMF and its travel agency, T&T, to propose a travel plan, which needs to be confirmed by you within 24 hours of receiving it.

The Foundation will not arrange visas so please ensure you apply yourself if you require one. The Foundation can support your application with a letter of invitation. Please see Visas for more information.
Any travel or accommodation required outside of the conference dates (before August 5th and after August 11th) will have to be arranged yourself.
