I am currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication Studies at Northwestern Univeristy.

I conduct research and teach classes about topics like Wikipedia and other kinds of large-scale online collaboration. Related to that, I participated in the Cambridge-area Wikipedia reading group during 2010-2011 and organized the Inaugural Chicagoland WikiResearch Hackathon in Fall, 2013. I edit the encyclopedias and other projects intermittently.
