Listing of scholarship recipients

@HJ Mitchell:, @Nemo bis: I don't have a strong opinion on this matter, but I've noted representatives from chapters have added their scholarship recipients to the attendees list in the past, and I'm not aware of any past complaints about that. Since the list of WMF scholarship recipients is public this year, I think they are best left on, with individuals free to remove themselves if they see the need. The scholarship recipients should update their entries in the template so the other attendees can make them feel welcomed, especially those from their own countries.
