- That sounds lovely, Psubhashish. Thank you for suggesting it. I'm told that the Barbican is big and there are many outdoor spaces surrounding it. So this should not be a problem. Since some people will want to grab food, why don't we meet at the foodhall on the ground floor. I've updated the main page accordingly. - Anna Koval (WMF) and Psubhashish : I changed the timing of the meetup from evening to lunchtime owing to many participants' suggestions, but it looks as if the new timing will not work for me as well. I have the Wikimania jury meetup during lunch, so I would appreciate it if the Indic meetup is happening during some other time : the lunchtime of August 9, perhaps? --Netha Hussain (talk) 17:19, 4 August 2014 (UTC)

- Anna Koval (WMF), Good news! We have been allotted a meetup room for 19:30, August 8 by Stuart. I guess this timing will work well for all attendees because it is happening post all sessions.
