Recruit and train?

"Recruit and train a small but dedicated contingent of volunteers who can spread the word and lead workshops at Wikimania."

I feel this reads like we have a plan and we will simply train people to deliver it. Perhaps we could have something a bit more collaborative:

Gather Wikimedians, educators and other information professionals to co-produce an effective Education strand at Wikimania, identify roles for individuals to take forward and share skills to enable participants to comfortably fulfil those roles.

OER?

"HOW DO WE INCORPORATE OPEN EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES (OER)INTO THIS?"

OER is a bit like the odd one out so to say. I'd love to have it as part of education track though. Because it belongs there. It's all about using the idea of open knowledge in the educational sphere.
