Gender gap strategy

In 2013, a small strategy session began to collect and review past efforts to address the gender gap and generate areas for impactful action in the future. At Diversity Conference some additional thoughts and actions around the gender gap were furthered. As momentum builds across the movement and more initiatives aim to increase Wikimedia’s diversity, we would like to continue to develop a shared strategy and work together on initiatives around the world aimed at closing Wikimedia’s gender gap.

In this workshop, we’ll review action items from past strategy sessions, choose a few that seem most critical/achievable for near-term, and start working on next steps together.
