Wikimedia Foundation (WMF) đã đặt nhiều phòng trong một khách sạn tọa lạc gần địa điểm diễn ra hội nghị là Barbican. Khách sạn này sẽ là nơi tạm trú cho những người nhận Học bổng WMF, nhân viên, Ban quản trị và những người khác được WMF tài trợ. Những người tham dự Wikimania khác có thể đặt phòng trực tiếp với mức giá giảm tương tự.
Nếu bạn đã được cấp một Học bổng WMF, hoặc bạn thuộc về nhóm Hội đồng quản trị, nhân viên, FDC, AffCom hay Ủy ban Tư vấn WMF, vui lòng KHÔNG đặt vé đi lại hoặc tìm nơi ăn nghỉ mà không liên lạc trước với nhân viên phục vụ đi lại của WMF.
