Who can attend?

Is this meetup still happening? If so, I think it should be opened up to anyone interested in the bidding process whether they be on the jury, part of a bid team, a Wikimania regular, or similar. It will be a shame to miss the opportunity for participation in-person from a wider audience. I'm organizing a Wikimania Scholarships Process Meetup which will be open to everyone interested. I presume the meeting has now happened. The courtesy of a reply would have been nice, and this is not the first time I've had extreme difficulty getting answers from the jury. It's disappointing that such much effort is being put into opening up the scholarships process, yet the bid selection process seems to be heading in the opposite direction.
