Often, the gendergap issue seems to be pushed by female Wikipedians only. Since male Wikipedians make up the majority of all contributors, we can do a lot to help fix the gendergap. And we should. It is to our benefit. I will present some of the things you as a male Wiki/pm/edian can do, what some of the most common pitfalls are, and how to present this to other male Wikipedians. Some of the things may surprise you. Of course, these things will interest female Wikipedians as well.
